Grants Coordinator

The Grants Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development, administrative management, reporting, and closeout of grants and other programmatic investments made by CRCD. The Grants Coordinator will ensure that CRCD’s grant management and related processes, documents, procedures, and implementation are executed professionally, efficiently, on schedule, and in a manner consistent with best practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides administrative assistance for grant applications and grant reporting processes.

· Maintains the online database (Salesforce) and physical grant files, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data as well as funders’ relationship history.

· Assist the grants manager with ensuring that protocols are executed properly; create and edit software templates, code, and reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

· Experience in foundations, nonprofits, or the private sector, highly desirable

· Experience with donor and grant making software (Raisers Edge, Foundant, Foundation Search, and SalesForce), desirable.

SALARY: $50,000-$55,000 /year, non-exempt

REPORTS TO: Grants Manager, Administration
