Diontaie is a participant in the Clean LA and MC3 Training programs at CRCD. After successful completion of the Clean LA program, he gained employment with a local union while undergoing the MC3 Training program. We are proud of his accomplishments and wish him all the best!

CRCD and CRCD Enterprises provide a comprehensive menu of training and paid-work experience programming to prepare South LA residents for high-growth, living-wage careers in the regional building and construction trades.

CRCD is a certified partner of the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building & Construction Trades Council AFL-CIO and the North American Building Trades Unions to provide the Multi-craft Core Curriculum (MC3) Apprenticeship Readiness Training to South LA residents. The 48 local Unions across 14 trades that comprise the Building Trades Council have sanctioned MC3 as their official pre-apprenticeship training platform, allowing CRCD to create supported pathways into the trades and family-sustaining wages for South LA residents.
