Wesley found CRCD after being homeless for nearly 20 years in hopes to find an apartment. Wesley moved out to Long Beach, California from Texas in hopes to create a better life for himself. Eager to re-enter back into society, he found it difficult to find affordable housing. He eventually integrated into the homeless community around the area and stayed there for 20 years. Earlier this year, Wesley found CRCD and appreciated the assistance he received from our team. After scouting for 7 months, we were able to find housing for Wesley in Wilmington! With support from Long Beach Path and Brilliant Corners, we were able to provide Wesley with transportation assistance and furniture.
