June 3, 2024, Los Angeles—The Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lenny McNeill to its Board of Directors.  His dedication and experience will significantly contribute to the success of CRCD in fulfilling is mission, programs and community development initiatives.

Mr. McNeill brings over 35 years of experience in the finance industry, having held executive roles in the banking and mortgage sectors. He led inclusive growth at U.S. Bank, partnering with leaders to enhance product and revenue growth initiatives focusing on diverse segments. Previously, as the national head of strategic markets in consumer lending, McNeill launched the U.S. Bank Access Home program aimed at closing the wealth gap for underserved communities. His efforts earned U.S. Bank the 2023 Residential Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Award from the Mortgage Bankers Association.

McNeill’s extensive experience in the finance industry and dedication to promoting diversity and equity will significantly benefit CRCD. His background in launching successful programs to close the wealth gap for underserved communities aligns perfectly with CRCD’s mission. His involvement will undoubtedly strengthen CRCD’s efforts to provide comprehensive support to South Los Angeles residents and small businesses, ensuring continued success and development in the community.
