The TAY WOW curriculum provides young people with the soft skills necessary to help them manage interpersonal issues on the job, as well as other basics like how to create a resume and prepare for an interview. The curriculum is delivered by trained facilitators, as well as in a group format that helps young people gain peer support by sharing experiences in the workforce, job leads and other updates.
