The Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) training program at CRCD is a paid training opportunity for those seeking a gateway to a construction trade career with family-sustaining wages, funded by JPMorgan Chase, Ballmer Group & the Department of Labor.
This paid 8-week course will provide you with an industry recognized certificate and in an introduction to the local trades to start your union apprenticeship.

The Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) is partnered with the LA/OC Building & Construction Trades Council Apprenticeship Readiness Fund to provide paid MC3 training to provide pathways to union apprenticeship and match graduates with potential jobs in construction, including opportunities on CRCD affordable housing developments.
